Return policy?

30 Day Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

We offer this 100% satisfaction guarantee for the first 30 days after your receipt of your order. After our 30-day trial period, the warranty for your item will be in effect.

If you need to Return
You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise to Allergyideas.com. You can also request a RA online by submitting an RA Request

Once you have provided Allergyideas.com with the appropriate information, we will contact you by email with an assigned RA number.

The following are Allergyideas.com Return Shipment Policies:

  • All our products comes with a full 30 days money back guarantee.
  • DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. To request a RMA # (Return Authorization Number) click here
  • Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials
  • All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your credit card will be billed accordingly.
  • The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
  • Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.

Free ground shipping for all orders totaling over $150 shipped within the continental U.S.! For a limited time only!

All our products are shipped right in front of your door. We normally process and ship all orders within 24 hours.

After your item has been packaged your package will be delivered free via Standard Ground (3 to 8 business days from the day it leaves our warehouse) using one of our partner carriers, depending on order value and destination: FedEx®, UPS, USPS Priority Mail®, or private Freight Forward for oversize shipping.

Canadian Residents
You may have additional import/country taxes applied to your orders. We advise contacting your local authorities for information.

International Shipments
Orders shipped outside the US are not free and will be shipped via the most economic carrier available. Please email for a quote.

When do we Ship?
We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, therefore all orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, will ship on the following shipping day.

Out of Stock?

You can order with confidence that all the items that are marked as "In Stock" are in stock. However, in very rare instance there will be an item out of stock, even if it showed "In Stock" (this can happen for a number of reasons, we got in more orders then we have in stock, we have it, but it's defective, etc.) In such an instance, our customer service department will contact you, if you agree we will put it on order for you. These will be marked as B.O. on the Invoice and will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. You may cancel a back-ordered item at any time by E-mailing our Customer Service at Sales@Allergyideas.com.
